Southeast Georgia Hot Cranberry Cocktail 

Makes 8 Cups - Double Recipe if Needed 

1  Tbsp. Cloves 

2  Tsp. Whole Allspice

1 - 32 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail

3  Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

1  Cup  Water 

16   3 inch Cinnamon Sticks

 1   Cup Whole Cranberries for Garnish

Directions: 

 1. Tie Cloves & Allspice in a Cheesecloth Bag ( Tie Very Tight )

 2. Combine Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Pineapple Juice, Water, & Spice Bag in a Dutch       

      Oven

 3. Bring to a Boil and cover. 

4. Reduce Heat and Simmer 5 Minutes 

5. Discard Spice Bag 

6. Add Cranberries Last - for Garnish 

7. Cinnamon Sticks can be added to the Cocktail in Dutch Oven or Served in the Cup as a 

    Garnish
